From one-on-one counselling sessions to group coaching programs, we provide tailored support to help individuals navigate life's challenges and unlock their full potential.

We believe in a holistic approach to personal growth. Our unique combination of counselling and coaching allows us to address both past patterns and future aspirations. Through counselling, we help individuals understand and heal from their past experiences, while coaching empowers them to set and achieve their aspirational goals.

"I remember hitting a very low point in my life, I could barely hold myself together, that’s when I reached out to Jeniffer and we started with the sessions. She listened, understood and I felt so comfortable to let everything out. We understood a lot about what was happening. More than anything, I understood so much about myself. Who I am as a person, what are my trigger points, my fears and how so much of it is influenced by the events of my childhood. And today, I’m self-aware and accepting of myself. What I loved the most is when Jeniffer had explained some concepts like Drama Triangle and sent out links and notes for me to read up, it really gave me a great perspective on life and the relationship I have with people.
